Our beginner program focuses on the fundementals of rhythmic gymnastics. We use USAG guidelines for levels 1 and 2 to better prepare our begginer gymnasts to take on more challenging classes in the future. With the use of aparatus such as ball, jump rope, ribbon and hoop, our beginners develop coordination, motor skills, strength, flexibility, attention span and listening skills through creative themes and structured lesson plans tailored to kindergarden level children. The use of colorfull aparatus such as ball, ribbon, jump rope and hoop brings a lot of excitement and enhances your childs hand-eye coordination. Kids get to work with music, learn routines and learn group aparatus work. It's through these different approaches that we ensure your child witll have fun while learning and developing self esteem and confidence!!
